We produce a wide range of complex products such as perfect bound, layflat and threadsewn books. We have a wide range of solutions and have a strong reputation in the market for our die-cut work. Our skilled hand finishing team allow us to bring almost any idea to life.

In recent years we’ve invested heavily in our print floor, and in 2024 we were one of the first businesses in the UK to purchase the Canon iX3200 Inkjet press, which delivers the highest quality print available on short to medium-run projects, with variable data capabilities built-in.

Inkjet technology allows us to produce reliable print at fast speeds with an attractive cost base, and the sheet-fed nature of the machine gives us great flexibility in terms of the range of papers available and speed of changing setups for each job.

We produce wiro bound books in-house using a James Burn EX 610 Auto Punch for clean, accurate punching at pace, then bind on a Rilecart B-535 Wirobinder. That setup gives consistent hole alignment, tidy wire closure and reliable quality across short and long runs. For calendars, we have a dedicated Renz wiro binder.

You can choose size, orientation and binding edge, pick from a range of wire colours, and add the bits that make life easier; clear or card covers, matt or gloss lamination, tabbed dividers, acetate, foldouts and sturdy backing boards. We print on recycled and FSC papers as standard.

Digital print is our go-to for short-run jobs from one copy to a few thousand. We run a Xerox Versant 4100 daily, so you get crisp detail, rich colour and tight registration on every run. Calibration keeps colours steady across repeat jobs. It handles mixed media with ease. Text pages, heavy covers, envelopes and labels can all be produced with consistent results.

Pick from recycled and FSC stocks in a range of weights and finishes. Short runs stay affordable and reprints are quick, so you only order what you need, it’s the perfect complement to our web-to-print solution.

We produce everything from single-part statements to multi-part NCR order forms in 2, 3 or 4 parts. A4, A5 or custom sizes. Printed single or double sided in black or full colour on white, yellow, pink, blue or green sheets. Add sequential numbering, perforations, drill holes, tear-off stubs and terms on the reverse. Short runs are cost-effective and repeat jobs stay consistent.

Choose loose glued sets, pads with a sturdy backing board or wire-stitched books with spine taping for extra durability. Wrap-around writing shields keep each set clean and easy to fill in. We can position numbers where you need them, set your starting number, and pack by department or site.

Hand finishing is where the neatness shows, crisp creases, clean glue lines, tidy edges. We collate, tape spines, apply belly bands and wrap-around covers. Need pads made up, tabs inserted or sets matched in a specific order? We’ll handle the fiddly bits. Affixing cards or vouchers, tip-ins, eyeleting, stringing swing tags, QC checks along the way so every pack looks the part.

Fulfilment keeps everything moving. We count and pack by site or team, then shrink wrap or band in the quantities you ask for. Eco packaging options available including recycled boards and paper tape. We can include packing notes, split consignments across locations and ship UK-wide via Royal Mail or trusted couriers.
